Short information about CTET and TET:

The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) had laid down the minimum qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher in classes I to VIII. It had been inter alia provided that one of the essential qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher in any of the schools is that he/she should pass the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) which will be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE.

What is the requirement of this examination is answered bellow.
      i.        It will provide teacher quality in the recruitment process;
     ii.        It will improve performance standards of education institution;
    iii.        It will emphases on teacher quality
Examination Pattern:
All the question will be of MCQ type and each question carry 1 marks. There will be no negative marking.

Food Corporation Of India was announced Combined Recruitment for Assistant Grade III in General, Depot, Technical and Account Cadres in the FCI – 2013.

The Food Corporation of India (FCI), one of the largest Public Sector Undertakings, dealing with Food grain supply-chain management wishes to recruit young and skilled Category III personnel for manning posts in its depots and offices spread all over the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Government of India, Government of India, will make recruitment to these posts on behalf of the Food Corporation of India

The candidates selected through this recruitment for posts in FCI will NOT, however, have the status of Central Government Civilian Employees. As such they will not be eligible for benefit of age relaxation etc. admissible to Central Government civilian employees in recruitments made by the Staff Selection Commission for Ministries/ Departments/ Attached and Subordinate Offices under Government of India and will not be entitled to claim parity with Central Government Civilian Employees in any matter whatsoever

Procedure for applying online
Candidates are first required to go to the IBPS’s website www.ibps.in .
1.       Go to homepage and click on “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWE- Clerks (IBPS-CWE-Clerk-II) December 2012” to open the On-Line Application Form.
2.       After completing Application Form the online transaction has been successfully completed a Registration Number and Password will be generated. Candidates should note their Registration Number and Password for future reference.
3.       Candidates should take a printout of the system generated fee payment challan. Or they can submit requested fees through CREDIT CARD/ INTERNET BANKING/ DEBIT CARD.
4.       Challan payment can be made within three day of registration.

Age Limits: 20-28 Year as on 01/10/2012
Scheme of Examination:
1. Reasoning 40 question of 40 marks
2. English Languages 40 question of 40 marks
3. Numerical Ability 40 question of 40 marks
4 General Awareness with special reference to Banking Industry 40 question of 40 marks
5. Computer Knowledge 40 question of 40 marks
Total time will be 2 hr.

Important information:
Fee payment will be accepted at the CBS branches of the banks after registration.
After completing the procedure of applying on-line including payment of fees, the Candidate should take a printout of the system generated on-line application form three days after fee payment, ensure the particulars filled in are accurate and retain it along with registration number and password for future reference. They should not send this printout to the IB
