How to take maimum out of the day/ how to improve your efficiency

Taking out maximum out of your whole day not only makes you smarter, it also improve your efficiency.  Taking maximum means doing number of work in a single day. There by increasing your productivity.

Some people do multitasking that is do two or more work at a single time. Do this really work? No. Our brain is made of lot of nerves but there is no mechanism to give full concentrate to two works simultaneously. So this is bad IDEA!!!!

So, It will be better to work on a single project at a time.

Sleep Less work more, Some guys  make these type of rule. Less sleep do really means more work.??? No, According to Research  if you sleep less than 7 hr, your IQ will be degraded by 5, and if you sleep less than 6-7 hr your IQ will degraded by 15 points.

So, Take a full sleep of 7 - 8 hrs. Because with low IQ it will take more time to works.

so till now we have seen that multitasking and less sleep will not make you more efficient but doing one work at a time and having regular 7 hr sleep a day will make you more productive.
